Wellness workshops for your team.
Guided writing workshops that strengthen your employees’ self-expression, deepen creativity and renew focus and energy.
Five benefits
1. Creative and Fresh Thinking
Invites exploration of new perspectives, and to approach ideas with greater imagination.
2. Stronger Communication and Self-Expression
Strengthens their ability to articulate thoughts, express ideas, and find their individual voice.
3. Greater Self-Awareness and Reflection
Creates space to pause, reflect, and discover new insights through guided writing.
4. Connection and Understanding
Encourages colleagues to connect in a meaningful way without personal disclosure.
5. Deeper Thinking and Learning*
Writing by hand encourages deeper processing and engages brain networks associated with memory and learning, helping participants explore ideas and develop new insights.
* Mueller and Oppenheimer (2014): In three studies, students who took notes by hand performed better on conceptual questions than those who typed. The researchers attributed this in part to the deeper processing involved in putting ideas into one's own words. — PubMed
* Van der Meer and colleagues (2023): An EEG study of 36 university students found more elaborate brain connectivity during handwriting than typing, particularly in networks associated with memory formation and learning.
